Over the course of time, this will lead to the emergence of the financial sector embracing these practices and offering cliental with greater amounts of transparency / professionalism. Clearly, ADCB is working to reach the 2030 Abu Dhabi Economic Vision by changing its polices and improving upon them. The combination of these factors is leading to greater amounts of transparency and better standards for training, interacting with customers and operations. In the future, this will make the bank more competitive and increase its confidence among customers.
