Introduction
Every nurse makes a difference in the lives of many people every day. Many people do not understand whether nursing is an art of science. In this context, it is an art and science and focuses on human compassion, preserving the dignity and the promotion of respects for the patient (Begley, Elliott, Lalor, Coyne, Higgins & Comiskey, 2013). The primary role of the nursing practice is to promote the well-being of patients, and every nurse practitioner is guided by ethics in performing his or her duties. In most nursing institutions, nursing programs are proactive, just as it is the case with Molloy College. In fact, Molloy utilizes a humanistic approach to nursing where it integrates theory and innovative clinical practice openings with a framework of ethical decisions (Walsh, 2014). Besides, nurses learn how to proactively respond to the changing needs of its healthcare environment, and learners are given unique attention. To understand more about Molloy’s humanistic framework, this paper focuses on discussing the clinical experience in relation to the framework while addressing the concepts of valuing, humanity, health, environment, as well as the role of nursing in the experience throughout the tenure at Molloy. Additionally, it identifies the ethical concepts and concerns that I have witnessed in my experience and the reasons they are concerned.

My experience in relation to Molloy framework
This framework is useful for me as a nurse for the reason that it pays crucial attention to human beings, their unique values, beliefs, perceptions, potentials, and achievements (Lowe, Plummer, O’Brien & Boyd, 2012). After going through the program at the college, I am capable of accounting and being transparent of my actions as a nurse. In fact, I acquire knowledge and skills that are useful in disseminating my services as a nurse. The college provides a favorable environment for learners to conduct research regarding nursing practice as a profession (Walsh, 2014). I believe that the approach is essential in based on the fact that nursing is viewed as lived human act, a response to human act as well as his situation. Due to the dialogical quality of nursing practice provided by the approach, I am capable of interweaving my professional identity and education with my experiences to create my tapestry that I demonstrate through my responses, just as Begley and colleagues (2013) suggest. This approach enables me to a nurse to develop my awareness of self and realizing my human potential, which will be useful when disseminating my services to the people.

The concepts of valuing, humanity, health, environment & the role of nursing in the experiences throughout your tenure at Molloy
In the context of the Molloy College, the term humanity is used to refer to a human being that functions as an integrated whole and reflects all aspects of life, which include biological, social, psychological, spiritual, and cultural dimensions (Walsh, 2014). Environment connotes the internal and external dimensions that influence people. Health is concerned with a changing state of all aspects of the well-being of a person. According to the framework, valuing implies holding in high esteem the inherent worth and dignity of all persons (Walsh, 2014).

It is vital to state that nursing plays a crucial role in experiences, not only in the nursing students, but all individuals within the college. Nursing helps one to develop critical thinking skills that enable him or her to make informed choices in his or life (Lowe, et al., 2012). The development of values, which nurses acquire, is essential in one’s experiences in throughout the tenure in college. This is because they promote peaceful co-existence and ensure that the people within the college are healthy. It is imperative to state that nurses have beliefs and particular actions that they regard right. In fact, they are crucial in shaping experiences in college as they continue with their studies.

Ethical concepts & concerns I have witnessed in my experience and reasons they are concerns
Professional ethics are essential in every career for the reason that they give direction to the action that should be taken when providing services. This is not exceptional in Molloy’s nursing framework. Notably, Molloy uses the code of ethics that is found in the American Nurses’ Association, and all nurses should adhere to the rules outlined in the code of ethics (Butts & Rich, 2013). However, there are a few concepts and concerns I have witnessed in my experience. Responsibility and accountability are central to the provision of the healthcare services. Nurses handle delicate issues because they determine whether a patient will get well or not. Being responsible and accountable for my actions has enabled me to succeed in my nursing practice (Butts & Rich, 2013). Promotion, advocacy, and protection of health, safety, and the rights of the patients are other concepts that I have witnessed in my experience. The primary goal of a nurse is to promote the well-being of patients. In this view, due attention should be given to all aspects of the patients’ lives. I am concerned with the concepts above because they significantly influence my experience as a nurse, and if they are not addressed, the objectives of nursing practice might not be achieved.

Research potential in my experience
It is important to underscore that I am capable of conducting research in the area of family clients. I have developed adequate skills in the handling family clients that require nursing care. I focus mainly on emotional, psychological, and social aspects of life, whereby I try to find out the causes of their health problems. According to Sandström, Borglin, Nilsson and Willman (2011), family issues may interfere with the well-being of its members. This shows that nurses have a role to play in ensuring that the health status is adequately monitored

Conclusion
In conclusion, Molloy’s College framework is useful in the development of my experience as a nurse. The humanistic approach used as well as the favorable environment provided enables me to acquire the relevant knowledge and skills to apply in clinical practice. Its code of conduct is derived from the American Nurses’ Association.
